Expensive and small rooms. But the usual premier in cleanliness and excellent customer service! Close to blackfriars tube station for easy access to sites.

No nonsense hotel. Staff are very friendly and chatty. Always ready to help. Will stay here again for sure as it is located perfectly beside tube and rail.

It's fairly standard for a Premier Inn. Clean room, decent shower, and the bed is fine. The price of some nights can be a bit eye-watering though, even for London. £170 for one night is just crazy.

I stayed here for business reasons as I was working close by. You absolutely can't fault the hotel in terms of being conveniently located and reasonably priced for that. It is very busy though which is not surprising but still the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Also the rooms were quiet which is nice. So, overall, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in good area near underground and trains to airports. Room was big enough for family of four, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only caveat is trying to contact hotel during off hours - did not succeed in contacting them to let them know of a delay in arrival. Recommended highly.
