Good rooms and beds, although it looks more fancy on outside than on the inside. E.g., there's a few chips in the enamel of the bathtub. Nothing problematic though.

It looks nice for the aesthetic they’re pushing. Nice cosmetics on dated infrastructure shines through quickly after staying in a room. Creaky wooden floors under the carpet, ticking noises from the fan in the heaters, fire doors slam outside of rooms when anyone walks through them...

Hotel billed amounts to my Credit card without authorization for over 500GBP. Seems accounts want an email from reception before they will address the issue. Awaiting feedback - I will update daily on progress

Love the hotel. My room was quite sizable for a single person staying there. The all you can eat breakfast is pretty good but get it as part of your room package or else it'll be £28 pounds (£31 after service charge). They also have a pool and a gym on the lower levels. Their restaurant area on the second floor is beautiful with a large solarium letting in lots of natural light.
Clean and friendly environment and close to everything! Definitely will try and stay there again.

Attended Le Meridien to make use of their squash courts. The facilities were excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Towels were included too. Changing rooms have lockers and individual showers, with shampoo and shower gel. Courts are ten pounds per person for 45 minutes, which seems more than reasonable. All in all, would definitely recommend to any city-based squash players.
