Alexandra initiated me to Pilates and I am so glad she did! I was immediately impressed by her professionalism and very strong knowledge of the body. She possesses the right balance of instruction with accessibility. She is a perfectionist, friendly and reliable. My body already feels stronger and tighter after a few classes with her. A gem of a teacher in the Pilates world. Highly recommended.

Pilates excellence is an appropriate name - it's certainly not your average gym Pilates class devoted just to burning calories. If you have the motivation and commitment this can be a transformative experience - one achieved through Alex's excellent knowledge of Pilates principles, kinesiolgy and human anatomy. This knowledge is leveraged to ensure that student's specific development needs can be targeted. Once you've experienced Pilates Excellence, there's simply no going back...

Alexandra is the best Pilates teacher I ever had ! She has a very scientific approach and you can only be convinced: the results are here ! Alexandra makes every single class pleasant without losing her goal to challenge everyone of us. So energizing !

Alexandra has an incredible breath of knowledge about the function of the human body that goes far beyond one's usual expectations. Her classes are fun but increasingly challenging - and will definitely serve the motivated individual to achieve their goals. Alex articulates the exercises well, moulds the classes to the requests of her students yet keeps the classes dynamic. She is passionate about truly helping her students change their bodies and become stronger, more body aware and pain-free. It is easy to become a Pilates junkie once you've experienced one of Alex's classes!

Amazing pre-natal teacher- I started Pilates with Alexandra before I've got pregnant with my second child, and continued up to almost last day of my pregnancy. The difference between my first and second pregnancy was sticking thanks to my weekly Pilates routine, even my GP congratulated me for my posture. The shape of my legs and bum changed dramatically, and even just 2 weeks after birth I still feel quite toned. I have recently resumed Pilates with Alexandra (post-natal classes which are amazing!).
