Paphos, Cyprus:- For 3 years now I have been eagerly participating in Energy Therapy's yoga classes on the beach. I am extremely happy to share that my journey has certainly been an incredible one! Jaime & Jennifer make a Super team, with their great expertise. I have achieved Amazing growth in my yoga practise on All levels-mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically! I am Deeply grateful for sharing my life with them, & wish them the best of luck in their new ventures in Bali ♡♡♡

I connected with Jen and Jaime of Energy Therapy after moving to Cyprus earlier this year. Their yoga classes by the sea in Paphos are truly magical. It's not just yoga it's a whole spiritual journey for all of us... The energy they both give out to us is healing and empowering :)
I've also recently had some physical challenges and experienced pain in my wrist and shoulder. Jaime suggested remote spiritual response and spiritual restructuring healing and I can't even begin to describe the effect it had on me.
Not only was my wrist at least 60% better the day after our first session but it feels like an incredible stage that came just at the right time into my spiritual journey I have been on in the last 2 years.

First of all excellent location, yoga by the sea (Paphos, Cyprus) ! The teachers Jaime and Jen are the best, for a beginner like me it is very important to take it slow and do all the postures correctly in order to avoid any injuries and they are there to help me every single time. I love that we have one teacher that shows us the postures and the other that corrects us. I also really like that we are working on our breaths and the energy around us at the same time so we're not only doing some exercices, but we're also working on the spiritual part of yoga which is great! I look forward to every single class! Thank you Jaime and Jen for helping me improve and making me smile everytime!

The experience of learning SRT was a bit strange but as we progressed it started making sense. I most enjoyed connecting to higher-self and just being in that moment and dowsing the information. The Akashic records now make a lot of sense as well. This information was always taught in our culture that we are a soul.
The remote treatment that I had from Jaime was wonderful I felt so light. I am delighted to say that 50 percent of my pain has gone and it was only my first treatment and the pain has been there for last 19 years. I look forward to practicing SRT and receiving another treatment soon. The comment I had from a work colleague was "you look so vibrant and healthy and there is a glow on your face", I think this says it all. Thank you Jaime
