Went in thurs afternoon to get help with tape for my hands.blistered from rowing at gym.asked the girl on reception for help...she just said there over there...no effort at all to help me.she looked bored and angry.even when i paid no thank you or anything just a dirty look...this is terrible service.a receptionist is the first impression of a business...i have been here for therapy with keith who is excellent and girls on reception also...i was going to book a follow up appointment but this has totally put me off returning.please do something as this girl is harming your business.she is white..looks short.it was about 230 -3pm..thurs.16 nov.

Can't say a bad thing about this place. I've lost count of the number of injuries and operations I've had and also the number of different physios I've seen over the years. Since I found these guys no-one has come close to their level of knowledge and desire to get you back to full fitness as quickly as possible. The only downside is the cost, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for

Excellent service all round. My PT (Lucy Goldby) has been great, even offering free testing of their supply of ergonomic chairs for extended periods of time. As a physician myself I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Excellent experience with 2 physios (one left, the other was Keith Hall) at this practice over 4 appointments for a lower limb problem related to running. Assessment was thorough, and treatment plan was evidence-based, and fitted in with my other commitments without being too onerous. Now symptom-free and discharged with maintenance exercises. Very happy.

Balance Performance Physiotherapy is the best Physiotherapy centre I have experienced ... and I have experienced many.
First and foremost, they care about their clients. They understand injury, they understand the body they also understand what is realistic in today's working life.
Second they truly understand the body.
I rate the team at Balance Physio as simply the best.
