As landlords, we left them after about 3 years of deteriorating service. The last year was pure hell. after missed letting month because they had let the property deterirate to such a state no one would rent it. We could not understand the basence of applications so after 3 month we visited the property to see for ouselves. We found water marks on the walls, walls blacked by one tennant who had smoked so much dope it had gone though the carpet of the upstains neignbough according to them. Curtains had gone from cream to dark brown, carpet was stained and smelling like a bar before the cigarette ban and last but not least, there was stolen furniture that could be seen on the advertising picture of the flat... hard to miss if they actually did the visits between tenancies, which, according to our latest tenants, then had not done. They did not follow up the claim done on deposit either for the last tenants we had with them so lost that too. There was also the time they agreed with another tenant to rent the flat empty without asking us and then tryed to charge us for storage coming up more expensive that the rent itself. They store the fournistuer at they charge for 6 month but they asked to be paid again which we could not aford, so the tenants had to move wich cost them money and was a pain and for us a charge for re-advertising management. Dreadfull. In the end, when asked for a small compensation (their fee for the months lost du to the property state), they found that they had done nothing wrong. We contacted a lawyer but due to health issue had to give up the fight. The tenants complaints were also not reported to us when made so they did not only let us down but the tenants too.
I will gladly provide a full report available on demand with dates, e-amails and pictures. This is not a fake story. They are the worst letting agent in Glasgow both for tenants and landlords. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!
