Terrible customer service. Order was 2 hours late, and after 1 hour phoned and was told it would be 10 minutes which might explain why it was stone cold upon arrival an hour later. The food was not only frosty but was also inedible. I have never had a bad takeaway except the one from Imans. Insipid flavour and clumpy microwaved rice. Horrible experience. Do not order from here. Complaints to the restaurant have been hung up on. Twice.
I can't stress this enough. Terrible. Just terrible.

Very poor service and food.
Had to wait 2hours for delivery. Phoned after 1.5hours and told it would be 20minutes, it would be a further 30. They phoned us back after our call to them saying they have given us a free curry and a soft drink. The curry was six measly bits of chicken and the free drink? One can of Irn Bru. An insult for the wait and service.
The food itself was not much better, chicken dry and overcooked, poppodums bland, naan bread burnt and overcooked, and coated in a weird orange colour and not stuffed like the usual peshwari naans.
If this was a restuarant we would have walked out let alone not paid for it

We just finished a variety of foods from your restaurant, and all
we can say is that "we have a found the best place." The cost
was low, and the amount of food more than we imagined.
A lot of leftovers - thank you so much, will be calling again soon.

Bad for vegetarians.
I went as a group with work colleagues. First, they told me that the samosas were vegetarian when they weren't. Then we'd asked for several vegetarian curries to be brought, but they just kept bringing the same (incredibly) oily, boring made-from-frozen-carrots-and-peas dish again and again. When I asked for something different, they brought basically the same curry with lentils instead. I know that Pakistani restaurants tend to have fewer veg options than Indian joints, but this was just a bit silly.
To continue my whinge, they also didn't actually bring out any spoons to serve the curries with, so we had to use the ones we were eating with.
And the soap dispensers in the restrooms were already empty, even though it was only 6pm.
On the upside, the naan was pretty good.

Maybe my favourite Indian in town. BYOB and reasonably priced, attentive staff. Lots of family recipes on the menu, which is a great touch as well as all of the usual suspects. Decor quite dated but who cares when the food is so good.
