I was recommended to use the services of Cocoon by a couple of people and I was not disapointed. I found it all a bit daunting, never having leased a car before but from the first visit Rhys explained everything and made the whole process so easy. Everything happened as it should, on time and with little fuss. The car is fantastic and I have recommended to everyone. Top service!

Cannot beat the service received by the team at Cocoon! From start to finish, I was kept informed and always knew exactly what was happening next!
Big thank you to you all, especially Gordon, who put up with my constant questions and chasing. Was made to feel like I was never a bother. Will definitely be using you again, without a doubt!!
Even after an issue with sourcing the original vehicle (not down to Cocoon, sadly vehicle was recalled causing lengthy delays) the team went above and beyond, getting me a vehicle even quicker that promised.
