Bar service slow as there is few staff at the bar. This pub can get full and become a noisy place unless you eat in the dining area or upstairs.

It's a Wetherspoon - consistent with every other similar establishment I've been in, you can't knock the value for money here or the selection of drinks. Food is pretty good quality as well, providing you don't set your expectations too high. Their top dishes would be any type of burger or the full English breakfast. We'll be back!

Cheap Wetherspoons, however can attract some odd locals. Best avoided in the evening if visiting the city, but ok for a cheap meal during the day.

Usual Weatherspoons pricing and menu/environment. There is a platform lift for wheelchair users to the dining area and if preferred staff will let you through the external double doors to this area. Only reason marked down one star is limited tables at ground level, rest are up to dining area or down stairs no access wheelchair users. Cheap menu and drinks

Good place to eat or have a drink. The portions are great and tasted much the same so happy!
