Great food cooked fresh, if you want quick and reheated go elsewhere. I haven't been let down to date, I have to say the venue has a buzzing environment.
One of midlands few authentic restaurants that make food to order and use fresh ingredients. Even if you dont fancy a cury their steak and freshly made pepper sauce is mouth watering.

We came to Masala Jacks for a work leaving do in a fairly large group of 20. The food was both of high quality and there was more than enough to satisfy.
Our main issue was the length of time it took for the food to arrive - around 1 hour for the starters and another hour for the mains. This was almost certainly due to the large group size - other diners had their meals arrive much more quickly.
In essence, I would suggest this is an excellent restaurant to visit for 1-4 people, but for larger groups I could not recommend it due to the extremely length service time.
I have rated it as 4* as this reflects the quality of the food.
