I've done the hiking trip to Palestine (Masar Ibrahim trail) with Edge Expeditions.
This hiking trip is a brave pioneering venture that gives you a quiet taste of a beautiful region where its rich history, past and present, accompanies you throughout a journey over surprisingly diverse landscapes and cultural feels.
Although this is an undeniably troubled land, which has always been at a crossroad between different civilizations, it is also an experience which reminds you the essence of happiness, and a deeply humbling lesson in common humanity and grace in the face of overwhelmingly adverse conditions.
An enriching and authentic expedition, organized with much care and reflection, that will leave you wanting much more

I rode with Edge Expeditions in July 2016 through the Pamirs. Fantastic trip and amazing experience. This ride was planned exceedingly well. Fun folks to go riding with too. They enabled me to visit places I have dreamed about but didn't know how I could do it on my own. Highly recommend and I am saving up the funds and domestic capital to go with them again.
