Excellent service. Used to be American Express on the Triangle—they moved and re-branded at the same time, so you wouldn't know! Fortunately it's the same great staff and service. I always use them for my currency. They have a loyalty card which gets you a 1% improvement on what's already consistently the best rates in Bristol for walk-in commission-free currency. They also do the prepaid Mastercard which I've had for a couple of years now, it's the most secure way to carry money without the hassle of travellers' cheques.
