Rang to book via a voucher, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Posted on their facebook page, they deleted it rather than addressing the issues. Awful standard of customer care, will never visit here and will actively discourage friends from visiting. There are no excuses for speaking to any potential customers in a rude and unfriendly manner.
