An awful experience before even arriving....
Had a very curt woman on the phone being argumentative with me over a booking made through a booking site where there was clearly a simple misunderstanding about when a deposit would be taken. Instead of looking for resolution, or being helpful she was accusative and rude. In fact sending me pages of the booking sites rules from her end as if I would ever have been privy to these! Extremely glad the booking has now been cancelled as I dread to think what customer service would have been like if it had gone ahead. I would avoid like the plague. People just need an easy life and not the rudeness of others to make things needlessly difficult.

This is a 1-bedroom flat, in a block of 24 flats! To refer to it as a hotel, surely is against the trades description act! Apart from that, the photo is of the Georgian-era flats across the London Road (A4) opposite Kensington Court.
