Went in today to get my eyebrows threaded and was spoken to by a very rude lady who criticised how I'd done my eyebrows before despite having always had them done in this store. She then proceeded to thread my eyebrows so thin against my wishes and without consulting me. My experience with this rude lady was horrendous and I am now left feeling self conscious about my eyebrows. It's a shame because they have lost a loyal customer. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Usually i don't write reviews about places I have visited but for this one I can't help. That salon is absolutely awful. Made the mistake to go for a hair cut. First, I had to wait 20 mins till the hairdresser arrived. Second, when she started to wash my hair , she was so rough with her nails that scratched my scalp several times. In the final part, when she was blow drying my hair, this rude Indian lady poke me in the eye with the hair brush. She never apologised and kept doing whatever she was doing on my hair like nothing happened. My eye was in pain for two days.
Couple of weeks after decided to give it a second chance which was another huge mistake. Went for eye brows treading and the same person who did my hair also did my eye brows. I have been for eye brows treading like hundred times and no one has been so rough and rude with me. Believe or not the skin under my eye brows was bleeding after the procedure. Make yourself a favour and don't waste your time and money and especially don't risk your health by going to that place.

Went here to get my nail extensions for my brother wedding. First time getting nail extensions n will b the last time I get them done anywhere cause of this shop. Went in got them done n after I left had a better look at them since first time I have had wasn't sure if they were ok but as I spoke to people n look closer myself I noticed they are flat at the tips and look like duck beaks and not stuck properly cause can get in between my nail and the extension. I didn't go bk n asked if the girl could sort them n got told I would b charged for her to only file my nail she got told I can file my owe nails for free. So please!! don't go to this shop for nails cause u will want to rip them off ur fingers by time u have left

Only been in for waxing but it's always perfect. All the therapists I've seen have been so nice, they put you at ease by working quickly and efficiently. I've found the salon to be hygienic and welcoming.
