Nous avons réservé des voitures avec chauffeur pour 2 circuits en Thaïlande à quelques jours d'intervalle. Le service fut absolument parfait pour le 1er (contact 2 jours avant le départ, briefing du chauffeur, anticipation de nos besoins, ...). Par contre, aucune nouvelle pour le 2ème circuit la veille du départ et pas de réponse à mes emails! J'ai dû téléphoner pour organiser notre pickup... Je renvoi un email avec le détail des sites à visiter, pas de réponse. Puis le chauffeur arrive, très sympathique mais pas du tout briefé! J'ai donc dû lui expliquer le circuit alors que son anglais n'était pas top. Donc je ne sais pas quoi penser de cette agence. Il y a du très bon et du mauvais.

My recent trip to bangkok organized through A&F TOUR was amazing, it was my second time now in Thailand.
I had the best experience of Bangkok city. .
I had a very comfortable stay and also got to explore great cuisines , which I feel was the highlight of the entire trip and the shopping as well..
Altogether it was a very memorable short vacation for me. ....at the same time i am really looking forward for my next holiday at Vietnam with A&F TOURS of course...
