One of my favourite hotels. Amazing location, but also pretty good value for money on the hotel itself. There are cheaper places to stay in Bangkok, but I felt like I was getting what I was paying for here.

Very impressive hotel located on the MBK. rooms looks nice and clean but need a little maintenance..
The service is great, rich breakfast.
Great location for those who LOVE shopping at MBK. for me it was a bit too much of malls.
I guess next time I will choose a different location.

The lobby and pool was very nice. The room was good but not great. It felt slightly dates and didn't feel 5 star but only stayed for one night so I can't say anymore

Very nice hotel.... Only if you have the money to pay for it. Concierge staff are rude but the reception staff are good. Convenient location. Right next to mbk. Food and beverages aren't the cheapest but you are paying for a 5 star hotel

Stayed here for 2 days and it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We spent most of our time here and never got bored. The facilities are very well maintained, buffet breakfast was delicious, and the level of service from all the hotel staff was 5 star. Definitely going back here.
