Gentili alla reception...hotel in posizione fantastica, vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, con fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti all'ingresso, a 1.5 km dal centro città... colazione non troppo varia, ma sufficiente e buona

Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und die Betten bequem, könnte super schlafen.
Der Ausblick auf den Berg war einzigartig.
Personal ist nett und hilfsbereit 👍
Alle sprechen auch gerne deutsch, falls man wie ich Schwierigkeiten hat schweizerisch zu verstehen.😂
Ein veganes Angebot bei den Speisen hätte ich mir gewünscht.
Es gibt einen Außenbereich, wo man gut sitzen kann. WLAN war bei mir jederzeit vorhanden.
Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt (die auch sehr schön ist). Verkehrsverbindung ist genau vor der Tür. Würde gerne wiederkommen.

The location of the hotel is just awesome. Take a bus from train station and it takes you right on the door step of the hotel. When we reached Luzern, it was raining. So having such easily accessible hotel was a plus. The rooms were nice, but we didn't like the pillows much. Also, we did paid for breakfast as well but breakfast was pretty much no choices other than cereals, bread butter, and coffee. The wifi on 3rd floor room of my friend sucked but it was fine in my room.
The location of the hotel is just awesome. Take a bus from train station and it takes you right on the door step of the hotel. When we reached Luzern, it was raining. So having such easily accessible hotel was a plus. The rooms were nice, but we didn't like the pillows much. For the price, this is a really a nice place. It is about a 15 minute walk to city center and in a clean neighborhood. You can take the bus but the walk is very pleasant.
Checking in: efficient and fast. No problems and extremely good
Rooms: clean. Shower was high powered and beds were comfortable. No A/C but the cool night air made up for it. I was on the top floor with my family and hit my head on the roof all the time, room follows the arch of the roof and I tended to walk right into the ceiling with my head. I am 6 foot, 3 inches so not an unusual issue, but just a warning to those that are taller.
Breakfast: Simple but perfect. Coffee always ready and good service.
Internet: spotty but works most of the time. Owner said that they are working to fix it (June 30th, 2016).
Parking: limited but I was able to find a space
Restaurant downstairs: good prices for Luzern and nice outdoor area to relax for the evening.
