Super friendly staff. Checked us in after 10pm with no problem and welcomed us with a drink and a smile! Very basic rooms, but well-kempt, clean linens and great views. The pub on the main floor is super cozy and has a great traditional English menu.

This is a great pub but a very (very) basic hotel. It's clean, it's tidy, the room gets cleaned every day, but this is not for doing lots of hours of work on a laptop. Good for just parking your stuff and going out to enjoy the most beautiful Luzern.

The location cannot be beat, the view from the window can't be matched, and the service accomodation for the guests is excellent. Although I expected the hosts to have English accents (the hotel is part of a UK and Ireland themed pub and restaurant,) the English from the staff was great. Checkout is 11am, but the hotel is happy to hold your luggage securely all the way until 5pm (17:00) so guests can enjoy every moment they're in Luzern. You pay up front at check-in so leaving is extremely simple with a drop-off for the key.

Great central location, amazing views if you have a balcony or Windows. The service is friendly and efficient. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this hotel!
