No problems with the car (Qashqai) it was new, clean and reliable. But actually booking out the vehicle took a long time. We also had to wait almost an hour for the courtesy bus to collect us from the airport on arrival, even after ringing the office to let them know that we had landed. So five stars for the car, but marks lost for service.

BE AWARE: THIEVES!!!
Charged my card with extras for no reason and with no warning several days after handing in the car. I have been trying to reach them to for the past weeks but they don't reply to my mails.

Car return took us approximately 2 hrs!! The stuff is definitely not in a hurry there.
