Cannot fault the ease of collection and hassle free nature of the car hire at Palma (PMI) Airport in Mallorca. There's no hard sell of additional insurance and you're able to add two free named drivers to a hire and also have free child seats (although with worn labels on the side of the seats, it took a while to figure out the correct fitting).
The only downside was the insistence of charging my credit card in GBP instead of Euros, despite a request to do so. The Dynamic Currency Conversion by the card machine ended up costing me an additional €20 on the cost of the hire.

Fantastic. At first we were hesitant but after reading such wonderful reviews couldn't resist to give it a try. Everything was super easy. From making our contract for our needs to dropping off the car early morning. Price and arrangements were exactly as agreed. We couldn't of been happier! We will be renting from Terry's again.
