Lovely place friendly staff and very helpful. Good food. Not for people who's looking to partying all night more of a family an older person places..but plenty of clubs an bar's around

Three stars. Too many elderly people if you are young. Not very clean rooms. Always preferable Spanish speaking people. Don't be surprise. Food is so so. Better go to local restaurant. Prices are good. Entertainment only in Spanish language!

Friendly staff , outdoor pool very good .Rooms a little dated ,however well services with linen ,towels changed daily .

Absolutely disappointing. Words cannot express my surprise of entering the hotel and seeing in excess of 100+ teenagers on a school trip shouting and gathered outside the building, in reception, on the staircase...and on all floors on the balconies shouting down to the friends staying in the neighbouring hotel. Apparently these school trips are a regular occurrence. Room was basic and you could shake hands with people opposite. My girlfriend was so upset on arrival and subsequent viewing of the room. We paid 500 to change hotels the next day and are extremely happy at the topic park hotel which is well worth the money. At least it only ruined one day of the stay.
