For fast food chain it is a nice place, usually not crowded at all. But if you get unlucky and there is even a small crowd, you get stuck - they have not enough people and they are not used to that...

Getting worse every time. Hot wings are never fresh or sometimes not even baked. It's a shame I did not made a picture of the last time I ordered there. A complete oily and messy bucket of hot wings. For me a no go!
Still like KFC, but the one in Benidorm is far better
