Very nice food. Not a regular Japanese restaurant. There's more than just sushi and sashimi. We had the kaiseki menu. 8 amazing dishes. We sat at the bar, where you can see how the chef prepares the food.

Es fantàstic, l'ambient tranquil . Un kaiseki amb productes de proximitat. 4 menús diferents per triar i a tots els plats vas descobrint diferentes combinacions de sabors.

Having visited number (not all) of "japanese" restaurants in Barcelona, this is one has exceeded my expectations. Unlike in majority of other places, here you will find a genuine japanese taste. However, it will come at a cost, which is the only downside of this palce.

A tiny restaurant run by a Western/Japanese couple. Furniture is essential, there are very few tables, western style, and a small counter, which is my favorite. There are a few menu sets with different prices, quite reasonably considered the quality and the unusual ingredients. Kaiseki is a Japanese cuisine style in which meals are made of many (7, 8 or more) courses, carefully balanced. Recipes, presentation and ingredients are the top of Japanese cuisine. Here you can enjoy a wonderful kaiseki dinner, and taste a well balanced stream of flavors and textures. A must try for Japan lovers/ homesick, or just for those who want to try Japanese cuisine at its best in a quiet and cozy environment. The fixed structure of the menus make it good for a different gastronomic journey in which you can enjoy the quality of ingredients, the balance, texture, colors, elegant presentation. Due to the very limited seats and for the uniqueness of the recipes, reservation is a must. They have an interesting lunch set I will try someday.
