Ok place to stay for a short break. Room was extremely small and very noisy next to the lift. Pleasant staff on reception. Good location.

This more of a transit hotel. Clean but nothing fancy. Good position for the Ramblers and the opera house if you are happy to walk a bit.

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
The room was clean and nice.
The TV was a 14inch monitor! Can you believe it, for a 4 star hotel in 2016. Not that anyone wants to spend much time on TV on vacation, but this was such a disappointment!
The building next door is occupied & people are protecting in it for the last 6 months. So forget about resting from 4pm to midnight in your room.
Over all this should have been rated and priced as a hostel.
