I took my family of 15 to the Sea Point branch.
We had the most awful experience ever. The food took forever to come.
The burgers tasted like dry soya waste. The pizza fillings was raw and no taste at all !
Perfect Burger will never see me again!!!!

This is not a reflection at your store, but unable to find the one situated in Cobble Walk. I was there last night and ordered the Ultra Perfect Burger Combo. When my food was ready I waited to collect, staff were more interested in talking to their neighbours "Pizza Perfect". Eventually I was handed my food. When I got home and opened my bag I noticed that my cooldrink was not inside, this was not the first time it happened. This trip was a huge disappointment, service lacking and then all of my order not in the bag. Counter sales ticket: 1495
