Location is great and sea and salted swamps view from room balcony. Not too noisy. Underground parking. No minibar but réception even at night can provide fresh beverages and ice. If you're at the last floor, rooms look like a duplex, with main bed and air-conditioning above bed at the top floor, and a convertible sofa and chair for children, TV, cabinets and shower and toilet at the main floor. Breakfast is complete without being gorgeous. No swimming pool. For the money in hot season, hard to be more demanding.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast end dinner.The air conditionning did not work in may and it was hot in our room but we asked to change and they was very helpful at the reception.

It is a nice location for being out of Portorož crowd but practically 5 minutes away if you have a bicycle with you. Also on the other side of street is a salt production park (some sort of nature Preservation Park) and you have a lot of chances for walk. Staff in hotel is friendly and helpful. I can say that people there are the greatest value of this hotel. Also I have to mention good materials used in hotel. Everything is solid built and terrace of hotel is beatiful. Capacity of parking is appropriate. I am not sure but look like there is 1 parking for each room. Also breakfast room is with capacity of 1 table for each room so the whole hotel can go to breakfast at same time.
