He was very friendly and hard trying to get my car rented, because I wanted to ride several hundret kilometers. So we worked out some special conditions. Even the next day one of his emolyees (Andrea) managed to meet me at the airport to bring me back my ID-Card. Without i couldn't have travelled back to Germany.
