Cool benches but beware the dogs with owners. They are big and they bite. The wild dogs will never bite you here though.

It's nice for walk your pet or take some fresh air for 15 min. It has a fountain, an old people club, big trees and so on. The bad news is that is to small. Way to small for a central parc for a 300K people town ...

It looks really sad. Wouldn't recommend. Tried to go for a run there, had to look out for angry homeless people, pickpocketers and stray (probably rabid) dogs... The only impressive feat of the park is the central fountain, but in the last 5-10 years I've never seen it functioning. Also last couple of time I was there, the park was almost closed for "works", but there weren't any workers there.
