I will give it only one star review because however the food would be, the experience makes it so much worse.
It was just me and my girlfriend and we did not ate anything in the morning so we decided to go and try out the culinary experience everybody was talking about. We arrived at 15.00 after a day of rushing the city with meetings and with no personal time whatsoever, through the hectic trafic and walking 1km on foot because there are no parking spaces near, just to find out that the restaurant will open at 18.00! Feeling bloom, with our head down, we understood the situation and asked to go to the toilet, because we have been driving and walking all day. Unfortunately the answer was straight forward: "Sorry we are cleaning there and we cannot allow you". I replied that it does not matter as there was a shooting going on and obviously people have been using the toilet all morning, where we just needed to go to the toilet but they preferred to kick us out instead of allowing us just a bit of kindness. I have to note that this was one of the managers and not the waitress. So, because of your lack of emphaty and client service you have 1 star from me.

Dining in the cellar is great. Menu spans Romanian classic some with a modern twist. Very accommodating staff. Decent wine for Romania.

Big fame for this restaurant does end when they serve you the meal. Average, not to say mediocre, food. Prices are higher than comparable places. Decoration of the restaurant is quite pleasant. Staff is polite and speaks very good English. Wine was ok as well.

Great food and decor. Good service. Foreign languages spoken. A little pricey by comparison but still very affordable and the quality is definitely high

Restaurant decoration is amazing. Really beautiful. Go in the basement to see everything. Enjoy the courtyard for quiet place.
Food was really uneven. My mother got a typical Romanian food that was very good and I got a grill piece of pork very little with no sauce and few french fries that was dry and disgusting. That's why 3 stars
