Nice tidy rooms, great views (for the upper store rooms), excellent variety for breakfast. Plus the location near the Parque (Park) and Corte Ingles (mall), with fast metro or car access to the historic city center

This is not a four star hotel. All extras are extremely limited. The bed was comfortable and room clean every day. But this was for me a two maybe three star hotel at best. When i checked in there were no towels, no toiletries, no mini bar as advertised. These all started appearing during my stay. When I opened the toothbrush box it was actually empty. Very odd. So if it was lower stars and cheaper I would have rated or higher. The bar staff were particularly nice. Front of house staff ok. It was an ok location.

I must gave this hotel a ZERO star. Had a very very horrible experience. First , the room is not clean, the carpet is dirty(in the picture), even the bed sheet is not washed properly, I found a big dirt mark when I moved pillow!!! There are no kettle, no tooth brush, no tooth paste, you have to pay 2 Euro to drink the small bottled water in the room( things you think a hotel should have, it always not available in this hotel). IN ADDITION! The cheap shower gel just give me small red spot(in the pic) on my skin and make me itch. The shower head is cracked, the service is bad, staff is very unhelpful. The Worst hotel I have ever been.

Needs comfortable,very clean,staff very friendly, but unfortunately A.C. inefficient & was very warm buy otherwise great.

A bit of a walk to the sights but great hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Conveniently located near the metro station for access to the airport and lower part of Lusbon.
