Good deal and packages for its price. Best when there are fewer people around. However, I hope they can maintain quality despite when there are a lot of people inside.

It's pretty good value for your money, especially with the right coupon that are often offered. The visit usually unfolds like this: you go to the counter and check in. They will give you an electronic bracelet to unlock your locker and give you a pair of their slippers.
You then go to the locker rooms, and there you're given your first of two towels. You're supposed to take a shower and return to the locker room to receive their pyjamas which you'll wear to enter the dining or massage area.
It's up to you whether you go to eat then or to the wet room. The food is in buffet style. It's generally pretty bad and you'll often find empty trays which get refilled from time to time. There's cozy seating arrangements and tv tho. The wet area is towel-only, and the pools are naked-only. The saunas is not as hot and they aren't mixed genders as they should be but it's something you accept considering the general lack of sauna culture in the Philippines.
You can have your massage any time you want unless they happen to be short on therapists at that moment. You will be brought to a room that you share with another person usually. The massage itself is of higher quality than what you get in any random massage place but it also feels impersonal. The massage therapist comes in and goes to work immediately. After the massage, you're handed a slip of paper that you need to sign and on it you need to indicate the amount of tip you wanna give to the therapist. Feels awkward. You pay the tip when you check out.
You are always free to return to the dining or wet area.

The place is well equipped and so relaxing. The people are so nice and well accommodating, they have such wonderful interior designs that will surely amaze you! They have clean facilities and high functioning rooms like the massage room, sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath rooms. All the bathrooms have all the hygiene materials you'll need! 6 hours of stay is worth it!

Went here and it wasn't bad. But I do not like how they are very hard to reach in terms of reservation. I've had a time wherein I called the branch about 20 times and yet no one answered my call. The phone kept ringing but no one was picking up

It's really worth it - relaxing. It is a very good option for releasing stress. The Jacuzzi, the steam bath room and the sauna are great barkada bonding experience. The buffet is simple and delicious. The area is spacious and you can freely move around. They offer various services of relaxation experience. The reservation may be a bit challenging but the services they provide is worth it.
