Upside:
1. Ease of booking online
2. Professional front desk people
3. Courteous staff
4. I was upgraded (although) it didn’t really feel like it
Downside:
1. Elevator doors had to be smacked hard by a staff I happened to be with to open/close at one point.
2. Mosquitoes at the elevator waiting area
3. Dusty lobby
4. Dusty room caused my allergic rhinitis to flare up, so I barely slept. I actually checked out 4 hours ahead of check out time due to this.
5.Old thinning towels, insufficient toiletry
6. Housekeeping had their cart eating up the hallway and they were discussing loudly
7. No stirrer provided so I had to use the end of a toothbrush to stir my coffee
8. Roof deck (smoking area) needs to be cleaned
9. Why take back the key card when normally other hotels don’t? All personal info and billing info are there after all?
10. No doorman.
11. No offer to help with luggage upon entry.

Privato hotel's elevator consumes a lot of waiting time. Swimming pool is cold, maybe you can add a heater for it to be warm, and there are kids jumping (which is dangerous and also disturbs other hotel guests), hotel staff should have reprimanded them. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay. And value for money is satisfactory.

We appreciate Privato for granting all of our requests. The staffs- from security, housekeeping up to front desk personnel are commendable for being consistently warm and courteous. We're glad that you came up with a promo that includes a 1hr massage for 2 and accomodation. We enjoyed it so much. Will definitely go back here again. Keep it up!

The hotel's location is very strategic. It's near establishments and is just a few meters away from Capitol Commons, where you can find various restaurants. It's very easy to locate and ample space is provided for guest parking.
Room was smaller than I expected but I didn't mind since the interiors look great. I appreciate that they gave us a complimentary upgrade from a Double Twin Bed room to a Double Queen-sized bed room. Check-in and check-out was fast, I didn't wait too long.
Facilities were complete, though the aircon in our room was leaking. It didn't bother me much though. Massage was great!
I think you need to improve on your breakfast selection. There were only a few options for the viand. I know that breakfast only costs 350, but I think there's much need for improvement, it's okay if you need to charge a higher amount for the breakfast, as long as its something that your guests can enjoy.

The receptionist gave me the wrong room number upon check in and thankfully, we (my companion and myself along with a hotel staff who assisted us) didn't end up walking in on a guest in the room we thought was ours.
The bidet in the bathroom was broken and would not turn off after being used. Also, the air conditioning unit in our room was quite old and would only go down to 21 degrees and so it was quite warm in the afternoon.
Overall, I've had better stays at other hotels at much more affordable prices.
