Stayed for one night, location was perfect! The room was clean and tidy, staff and service was amazing. 5 ⭐ for the free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife stayed 5 Nights in this room with a pleasant view of Manila Bay. I returned early for work after 1 night there. Complimentary Mini Bar was included in room rates (2 small bottles water, 2 cans coke & bag of chips) plus the usual coffee and tea with hot water. The check in process was a huge disappointment. It took almost 20 minutes. We could not check in early as well, the excuse from staff was they were fully booked and rooms weren't ready. Normal check-in is 2PM we were there around 11:30 hoping to check in early as we picked up family from airport and went straight to hotel. The music may be an issue for some... it was loud (bass) but we still were able to sleep. This hotel just opened in 2010 so it's new still. Other than check-in and noise, I would recommend and stay again for it's newness and location. No photos but I have a video of our room on youtube.
Pros:
- FREE Mini Bar
- FREE WIFI Internet
- Clean Soft Beds

Cons:
- Staff and Check-In Service (Wife noticed they were all male)
- No breakfast included in rates (but you can purchase for 600 PHP)

My family enjoyed our stay here. Be sure to reserve a room fronting Manila Bay so as not to
miss the fantastic view. Their pillows are the best.

The rooms, service and staff are fantastic.
They could do with more variety of restaurants. The Indian food did not include a traditional indian curry.
The hotel is far from centers where there are a variety of restaurants.
The white moon bar is lovely. Sitting outside at night looking over Manila bay with the lights of the boats in the distance was beautiful. Would I return? Probably not and that's simply because of the lack of dinning choices.
