Excellent location that allows a touristic visit to Cuzco ok foot. Nice hotel but lacks parking. The street is quite narrow and busy because it is close to a school.

Very comfortable. Clean with plenty of hot water. Great breakfast buffet is included and the restaurant is open 5am till 10pm

Customer service is excellent, very nice reception, especially coming from another hotel in Cusco. The double bedroom was very clean, with a king size bed and a nice view. Bathroom was clean, had a big bath with power shower. The only negative part was the wifi, it was quite slow, but it didn't affect us since we had our own. The customer services promised to look into the issue. Highly recommended

Great hotel with lovely staff quite close to the main historical square of Cuzco. The room was in a tidy and clean condition when we arrived and the staff were very helpful with the odd bits and pieces we needed after doing the Inca Trail! Finally breakfast was lovely, very much recommend this place
