Environment is good even good sitting arrangement not available at any other mall. Shops are good. Space is there I mean shops are available on rent

New management (RJ) has bought and renamed this mall. They are asking gul plaza shop owners to open their shops in this mall. Mall is also being renovated for relaunch.

The basement is very filthy and the walls are covered with paan spit. Disgusting. But the replica suits are good and inexpensive
