Absolutely unacceptable service! I paid for full insurance, and even have a receipt from them saying it has been paid, but while I was trying to make a claim, they said my policy didn't exist! After over half an hour, they finally found my policy and didn't even immediately apologize! Never go with these guys, as they don't take their customers seriously! Nor appreciate them from my experience.
