The food itself was not bad, but we waited for an hour until my boy got his small sized margherita pizza because the server forgot to place an order for it. He said sorry and would bring it soon, but it took ages to get it. The service was not organized, they need to do more to handle busy hour orders.

Food and service were great and restaurant is really cute! We sat at the bar and got delicious lemon-sage butter ravioli and pizza. Pizza had healthy serving of toppings and well priced for what you are getting!

Waiting almost one hour for a risotto and the service is only good when you are nice to them, in the moment I decided to leave because my food was not arriving they wanted me to pay for food that wasn't even at my table. The "owner" has no the minimum idea of "customer oriented service" as he wanted to blame me I ordered my food late. YOUR WAITERS should be able to handle pressure and rush hour times and insert the order on the computer on time. Also they took my order so late.. horrible place... they can only handle PIZZAS

Love the service, the pizza makers, their efficiency. The only sad part is that they make you feel like a burden/ pesant if you ask for tap water as they don't do that even though it's illegal to turn someone away when they ask. The time they take explaining that they don't do that and it's bad of you to ask could have been consumed by brining water and creating a great experience. The place has constant turnover that the free water shouldn't be such a problem.
