Prawn dishes were better than the others. Service could improve (after about 10 minutes of waiting we had to stand up and find the waitress to order food)

I was single diner. Was a
Thursday evening and not busy. I noted 2 other single diners also at tables.
When owner saw me and I said 1 for dinner she seemed put out.
I should have left right there!
Was given open table unset big enough for 4 in the back.
After reviewing menu I ordered spring roll app, spicy thai chicken entree and glass of dry red wine.
I was brought a white wine by bartender which I politely said was not what I ordered.
When he returned I asked if owner was who sat me. He confirmed and I asked why she seems so angry? This seemed to confuse him and he walked away
10 minutes later just as my appetizer arrived I was asked if I would move to a smaller table. I immediately complied given that they seemed to need the larger table. I was merely there to eat.
After finishing my appetizer the waitress that stopped asked to take my plate, and I also asked for another red wine which was empty for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Nobody seemed to care.
Again I was brought a white wine???!
Finally dinner arrived. The food was very good but spoiled by the feeling that I wasn't welcome!!!
I finished my meal. I placed my credit card in plain view for anyone to see I was ready to pay and leave. The waitress cleared my dishes and I said the food was very nice and she looked right at my credit card. Two additional new tables were seated. One in front and one behind by the bartender and the other by the owner. Both clearly saw my credit card but ignored me!
Having continued to wait up until they took orders from new tables and not 1 of the 3 staff including owner would acknowledge my credit card I lost my patience, I left what I believed was enough euro cash to cover check on the table and left.
Rudest most inhospitable restaurant I have experienced in 30 years of travel! !!!
