My colleagues and I used to order frequently. But the service got worse and the food is now overpriced based on quality. Also if you have a complaint they will reply: "I find it an insult as the owner of The Hierder Hepke that you find our employee unkind and unhelpful. I have withnessed the conversation you had with my employee."
Well, because they disregard the customers feelings and experience, I cannot reccomend them at all. There are much nicer places in Maastricht you can eat which much better regard for customer service.
