Om 4uur besteld, om 6uur kwam de bestelling met 2 dezelfde pizza's in plaats van 2 verschillende wat we hadden besteld. Er wordt over de telefoon gelogen dat ze onderweg zijn.

Kip kipsalon was niet lekker, patat was heel zacht. Alles was een beetje lauw. Bezorgen duurde meer dan een uur. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

I don't really understand what some of these reviews are about. I've ordered pizzas well over 15 times at this place, because they're always tasty and high quality unlike some other night delivery places. They messed up on my last order, only slightly. Forgot the sauce. No big deal. I called them tonight to ask for free sauce this time since I didn't get it last time and that wasn't a problem, phone operator was friendly enough and the pizzas are good as always. With free sauce.
It's true that delivery can be a bit on the longer side, but it's never been longer than 1h30m for me. Mostly between 30m and 1h.

We ordered three pizzas from this place around 1 am. After waiting for over an hour, we called to see if something was wrong and they offered us to give us free pizza the next time we called. We thought this was a fair deal.
We kept waiting and received our pizzas around and hour and a half after calling. We called to collect our free pizza and the guy who answered was extremely rude to us, to the point of actually using swear words over the line. Despite promising us a free pizza a few minutes beforehand, he began yelling and claiming that the previous guy (which I believe was the same guy who was on the phone at the time) had lied to us and that the offer was invalid. The offer then suddenly changing to us getting one free pizza if we ordered another one, which we were not interested on.
These people lack basic costumer service skills. If you don't mind your low-quality pizza taking an hour and thirty minutes to arrive then this might be the place for you... But I really would not recommend it. The customer service is really bad and the pizza is definitely not worth it. I recommend you to order somewhere else or to make your own food at home.
