If you are searching cheap and good quality clothes, you can visit here. It works very late night. If you are tired, they have very nice restaurant. I see many foreigners visit. It is near Narantuul market. Compared to Narantuul market, it is much organized and clean. Winter time it is the best place to buy fashionable clothes

Fun place to shop if you want to meet people. It is like a bazaar, good generally are cheap Chinese imports, prices are quite good for Mongolia. Safer than going to the open air market but you should still keep your hands on your phone and wallet (or don't bring them). Each floor has its own focus with several owners running their own little stalls (1st floor is household, second coats and womens, third women and mens, etc
