Three Seattle area foodies discovered this fantastic run for the border sushi restaurant. Kobu's chefs truly rock! Inventive fresh combinations, a killer variety of sauces, libations worthy of Seattle drinkers (try the Belching Beaver IPA) and a stellar happy, fun staff!
