We had a travel from this company to Chichen-itza.
The places we arrived were astonishing great, but the tour operator is such a horrible. 1) The bus is from outside looks new, inside the seats are very close to each other, at the back of the bus the Air Conditioner makes a real Ice age period, while at the front it is ok. I told the guide about 6 times concerning that we are freezing, people were really dressing up towels. The biggest problem that you cant control the ac by the adjustable air flows, there are vents that are unadjustable. So i had it taped with adhesive tape!!!!! The guide was a real deack and said that their system cant be warmed up eaven by a 1 degree and the fliw cannot be adjusted too. My god what a hell ride was that. 2) Concerning the guide - hes name is MIKE. He doenst know how to work and speaks monotonic language so i felt asleep most of the time and others dont listen him either 3) places that we visited shaman, souvenirs is ridiculous. An hour wasted time on 6 times overpiced flea things, but for Villabodos town there were 10 minutes!!! ( and 8of them i was looking for adhesive tape to paste the vents of the conditioner)
Arghh if i was able i would post - minus! 5 stars!
The cenote and chichen were great but this doenst concern the operator service it is the heritage of mexican people.
