Located just near the fort in city(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities.
The Five Elements hotel was great.Food was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)

I booked a room for 1 queen bed room, they given is 902 number which is the room at last corner side and the room have another door able to access second room. I can hear very loudly and clearly ever single word from the next door chatting. I thinking how come they manage me to the room that have sec door to access the sec room, at least make the door sound proof type! No Privacy at all.

Stayed from 9-12 Oct 2017. Just another budget hotel masquerading as 3*. Appalling fact is that there's no provision for basic essential hotel items like handsoap, hand towel, shower cap, toothbrush, room slipper, safe box and hairdryer. Two small bottles of 3-in-1 soap for bath. No complimentary coffee/tea sachets. This hotel scrimp and sting on everything. The breakfast provided was pathetic and limited. WiFi was unpredictable. Only pro is that AC is cold and clean room. Be prepared for heavy banging noises from neighbours.

It's really nice... But only thing was in the end I felt little disappointed by the staff.. They just do there job and don't feel more responsible than that. .but hotel is awesome

Nice hotel with decent breakfast included. Good location & easy for getting around the area. Top floors give good views over the city.
A star marked off for the 50RM deposit required when checking in. Not a lot, but can pay it in cash only.
