Comfortable to stay with, except every night sounds from outside are very noisy. But overall, I love it.

I stayed on 10th floor. The building is old and the room isn't clean. I found big bedbug on my bed so I complained and they changed my room on 16th floor. But my new room had the same condition. So I complained again and they changed my room again but still on the 16th floor. A guy from the hotel said that some stupid guests put the bedbugs on the bed purposely but I dont believe that. Obviously they never take care the rooms. I strongly dont recommend this hotel. It's a nightmare!

Can't recommend this place. Location is the only thing it has going for it: bed was too hard, bathroom had fungus on the shower curtain, and overall it looks and feels very run down (who still uses CRT tv's?). Breakfast was a shocker, which I tried only once (went out for breakfast the remaining 3 days). Also, be prepared to go up/down the equivalent of 1 story of steps every time you go in/out the hotel as neither of the escalators work (they had them nicely decorated with carpet and ornaments, indicating they're not planning on fixing them anytime soon). Only good for those who want to be as close to the pubs as possible and don't care too much about cleanliness/comfort, everybody else stay away from this place: there are much better alternatives nearby for a similar price if not cheaper.

Good location for a decent price. The room itself is pretty rundown: bedding didn't fit the bed, there was mould on the shower curtain... and the shower ran out of hot water in the morning!

No cable TV or house phone, was told that the hotel is undergoing renovation. However the prices should have been compromised to compensate. Can't get a re-fill of water bottle at FnB, I was bluntly turned down even after saying it's water that I needed. Should be mindful of granular hospitality. Front office staff is courteous, especially the ones at the baggage counter who went out of the way to get a photocopy of a receipt. Yet this does not compensate for the overall sentiments.
