I called to CNS to inform that I wouldn't be able to attend the medical control on the specified date because I would be doing chemotherapy all day, and one person who I talked to told me: "You have to choose between the treatment and the appointment for medical control. You should decide what is more important for you", without even tell me that I have the option to make a new appointment or send a certificate from my oncologist justifying my absence.

- Employé désagréable
- Attente téléphonique interminable
- Aucune réponse traitée par mail
- Les heures d'ouvertures... Sur google, il est indiqué "ouvert de 08h00 à 16h00". Je dirais plutot de 10h00 à 12h00 et de 14h30 à 16h00...

En deux mots: service honteux!

Es hat zwar etwas gedauert bis ich jemanden am Telefon hatte , jedoch kann ich sagen das alle sehr freundlich waren und mir direkt geholfen haben bzw Auskunft gegeben hatten . Hätte ich keinen am Telefon erreicht hätte ich auf jeden Fall eine Email geschrieben . Danke
