I found a cockroach ( a big one in my room), they didn't even bother to change the room but just sent someone to kill it! what a joke ! but at the end he didn't find it and apologized !
They need to improve their breakfast too.
They do not change bed sheets everyday thus pay attention that you're going to sleep a not clean bed sheet thus ask them to change it once you get in the room
