Very poor in every way. Plants late in arrival and poor communications. Would rather find another company to deal with than have constant disappointments.

5 stars on service, delivery and product quality. All the plants were (apparently) grown in Jersey and shipped directly to my door. The only thing to check before ordering was the delivery period.

My father continues to deal with them although has problems time to time. I purchased Xmas Gift Vouchers two years running and the company has failed miserably to deliver in time despite multiple emails and assurances. This Xmas was a total failure and ruined Xmas morning completely. They don't care one bit. Nothing was done to try make amends.

My order was delayed for two months. When I made an inquiry the manager admitted there was a problem in the nursery but refused to give me any compensation. The excuse was that the geraniums I ordered are still in the dispatch period. How would customers know they face potentially almost 3 months for flowers they paid just because the dispatch period is not finished. It was a l a lame excuse mixing dispatch period and delivery times. To end insult to injury the manager lacked respect for the customer, interrupted me repeatedly, didn't answer my question how long does it take from seeding to sending the flowers.It can't take two months anyway. Think how your garden would look in May with all the empty pots and then place orders with Jersey plants. Another business throwing more money into misleading advertisements rather than concentrating on delivery.

Excellent service over several years. Consistently good quality plants. Always my first port of call for plant purchasing.
