Great staff. Speak good English. The room are small. For the price is good and meant for single travelers.

Positives:
-Good Tasty breakfast
-Free facilities such as laundry, water and coffee
-Toiletries and Robe are provided
-Helpful Staff
Negatives:
- Location is a long walk to the train station and nearest mall
- The room size was okay for me but what bothered me most was the SIZE OF THE TOILET and BATH! It was so small!
-The Tub was also too high its quite hard to get out if your a small person
- Toilets and Robes were NOT CHANGED EVERYDAY...
- The furnishings, AC and Ref was okay fir us however there was Only 1 Pillow...its hard to sleep

Nice affordable hotel with nice breakfast for business and budget travellers, located in Umeda area, 10 minutes walk to Umeda Hankyu station, Hanshin station and Midosuji subway station

Budget business hotel close by Osaka station. Rooms are functional, but small and decor is dated. Be aware many rooms are smoking rooms. Breakfast available. The hotel is in a less salubrious area of town close by to many Love Hotels and Hostess Bars. Not much noise at night however.
